Web3 is for all. Get familiar and try building a decentralized application with Polygon!
Polygon is committed to fostering the growth of Web3 applications by providing the infrastructure and combining the best of Ethereum and sovereign blockchains into a full-fledged multi-chain system. This enables developers to build scalable user-friendly dApps with low transaction fees without ever sacrificing on security.
This hackathon is to help you tap into Web3 and build your own decentralized application with Polygon. We hope to see you explore and strengthen your developer skills and maybe even enjoy building something this summer. What sparks your interest among the tracks?
Start developing!
Build and submit a scalable decentralized application on Polygon within one of the tracks to be eligible for the grand and track prizes. For a shot at more prizes, check out the sponsor prizes and integrate their tools. Here is how to get started building:
- Full Stack dApp: Tutorial Series
- Getting to know your tools:
- Develop a dApp using Fauna, Polygon and React
- Integrating Webhooks
- Archive Nodes with Debug namespace
- Sponsor Prizes and details
Start designing!
Designers are invited to solve UX/UI problems within the Web3 space and to submit a Designathon Submission. Here is how the Designathon works:
- Pick a dApp idea or create your own.
- Create a design prototype that solves UX problems.
- Create all your submission materials which include:
-
Project Description: Brief us on what is the problem statement you have chosen and how you have intended to solve the same in less than 200 words
-
5-minute Explanation Video: This video will introduce the team and the project. Should cover a short demo of the design, highlights and how the problem has been simplified and solved
-
High Fidelity Prototype: A link to the high fidelity prototype of your project including interactions
-
- Submit your prototype by August 2, 2022 at 5 PM ET here: https://buidlit.devpost.com/details/designathon/#form
For details on the eligibility and all project requirements please see the rules here: https://buidlit.devpost.com/rules**
